Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume drops, restocks, or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

United States: 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days (varies by country)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Hood Vandals Streetwear is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Hood Vandals Streetwear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Order Delays

Once a package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
